FOOD
Watermelon Juice

This quick and delicious drink is a great refresher for a hot summer day. You can even make ice pops out of this drink as a snack.

Ingredients
1/2 of a whole watermelon (seedless is best) cut into chunks
Blender

Directions
Cut up the watermelon and blend until smooth.

It is that simple and the juice is  naturally sweet and full of nutritious vitamins. The seeds blend into a fine grit that most will not notice. If it bothers you, use a fine siive to strain out the seed leftovers and some of the pulp that did not go away.

Variations
Fizzy - After blended add some 7UP and mix.
Watermelon Milkshake - Mix juice with some ice cream.
Cucumber / Watermelon - Peel a 7" cucumber, seed and dice it, then blend it into the watermelon juice.
Frozen Watermelon - Add ice cubes to the original mix.
(Source: We had the watermelon and decided to make some watermelon juice. It is very refreshing.)

Until later,
Jack
