FOOD
Swiss Chocolate Apple Pie
An Original ARTSnFOOD Dessert

This is wonderful dessert, so easy and so tasty!

Directions:
Wash, core and cube 8 or 9 red delicious apples
(leave the skins on, 1 to 1 1/2" cubes).
Place apple chunks into a 9" x 9" casserole dish.
Spray the apples generously with bakers aerosol oil.
(It has some flour in the spray.)
Drizzle the apples with 3 tablespoons of honey.
Sprinkle the apples with 1 teaspoon of fresh ground nutmeg.
Sprinkle 2 to 3 packages of Swiss Miss Coco mix, generously over the apples.
Sprinkle salt, very lightly, over the dish.
Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top.
Add 1/4 cup of miniature marshmallows on top.

Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 1 hour.
Remove, mix and let the casserole dish cool some.
Using a pre-made graham cracker crust shell,
Pour the mixture in to the pie shell.
Even the top with a spoon.
Cover with plastic wrap &/ place the pie into the refrigerator
Allow to cool overnight.

Slice and serve your chocolate apple pie!
A unique and completely new dessert invention!
(Pssst: it tastes remarkably old fashioned!)
You will be making this fabulous experience again!
