Halloween Costume Ideas from Japan's SiFiers + FOOD: Pan Seared, Oven Roasted Catfish

Halloween is coming, now is the time to start thinking about that fantastic (everyone was talking about it), costume you are going to create this year. Here are some ideas from Japan's love of SiFi.

So get out your aluminum foil and paper maché, buy some paint, go to the hardware store for tubing, ducts, brads, etc., and make your SiFi costume!

FOOD
Pan Seared
Oven Roasted
Catfish

Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) catfish fillets
Salt and Pepper to taste
Flour, for dredging
3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
- Heat a cast-iron pan over medium high heat and add olive oil. 
- When oil is hot, sear fish on both sides until lightly colored.
- Place the pan with fillets in 350º oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the fish starts to flake apart when pressure is applied with the thumb and index finger.
- Serve with cocktail sauce, ketchup, or tartar sauce on the side.
