Blue Margaritas!
At one of our family reunions we made blue margaritas - they were so fun, interesting and tasty, I want to share that recipe!
Ingredients
2 ounces tequila
1 ounce blue Curacao
1 ounce simple sugar
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
(You may use margarita mix for the last three ingredients, if you wish.)
Directions
• Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with 1/4 cup ice and sake vigorously.
• Pour into a glass.
• If desired, you can sugar the rim of the glass, (no salt).
To Serve Frozen
• Combine ingredients in a blender
• Add 1/4 cup ice and blend until smooth.
• Pour into a glass.
• If desired, you can sugar the rim of the glass, (no salt).

The bar staff at this place was professional and their drinks ensured us a fun night in the city. I can't wait to go back. Most of the negative elements of going to a more popular event space San Francisco are avoided here; the staff was really mature and respectful.
